Refund policy
We trust that you're satisfied with your KEIRA purchases. However, should you have a change of heart, please adhere to the following return guidelines:
- Initiate returns by emailing returns@keiralabel.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Ensure return items are accompanied by their original Packing Box and garment hangtags, carefully placed in the KEIRA garment box, and in a condition suitable for resale.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, pulled threads, strong perfume odors, or alterations will not be accepted and may incur a return shipping fee if sent back.
- Returns on discounted sale items will be credited as store credit only.
- Items marked as 'Final sale' on the product page are not eligible for returns.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability and may be subject to a re-shipping fee.
- Shipping costs for the initial order are non-refundable.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
Please email returns@keiralabel.com with the following information:
1. Your order number.
2. A list of the items you wish to return.
3. The reason for your return.
REFUNDS TIMELINE:
Upon receipt, inspection, and approval of your return, you'll receive an email notification regarding your refund or store credit. While we strive to process refunds promptly, please allow up to 14 business days. Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method. Please retain proof of postage and tracking for all return shipments.
Note: Store credit is provided for returns on sale items, swimwear, collab belts, and jewelry.
FAULTY OR MISSING ITEMS:
Each item undergoes rigorous inspection by our meticulous Quality Control team before being packed and shipped. In the rare event of receiving a faulty garment, we request video evidence of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at orders@keiralabel.com with a video showing the unpacking process.
Please be aware that damage resulting from regular wear and tear is not considered faulty. If you find an item missing from your parcel, we also require video evidence of the unpacking process within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at orders@keiralabel.com to report the issue.
